Today I was looking at the Free People Blog (a blog I am hopelessly addicted to) and I saw a recipe post about kebabs and then I started really craving kebabs so I pulled out some skewers chopped up some veggies and threw those puppies on the grill!

The Ingredients |
1/2 onion
1/4 green pepper
1/2 butt end of squash
hand full of tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
mix spices and salt. put the veggies on a skewer and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with spice mixture. throw on the grill turn every 2-5 minutes.
